Feast & Furnish Returns Policy

At Feast & Furnish, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you need to return or cancel an order, please refer to our policy below:

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? We understand—plans (and styles!) can evolve. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours to avoid a small $20 administrative fee.

1. Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur the $20 fee regardless of the shipping status.

2. If your order has already shipped, you’ll also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is completed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date under the following conditions:

1. Notification: Notify us of your intent to return an item within 48 hours of receiving it.

2. Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

3. Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Process for Returns

Since we work directly with our vendors, all returns are shipped back directly to them. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return shipping address.

1. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

2. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Inspection and Refunds

1. Upon receipt by the vendor, the item will be inspected for any signs of use, wear, or damage.

2. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the vendor’s confirmation of the item’s condition.

3. If the returned item shows signs of damage or wear, repair costs may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

At Feast & Furnish, we take pride in making sure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. But, we know that things can happen during delivery. That’s why we ask you to give the packaging a quick once-over when your item(s) arrive. If you spot any damage, please make a note when signing for delivery.

In the unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged, no worries! Simply snap a few photos and send them to returns@feastnfurnish.com. We’ll take it from there and handle the insurance claim on your behalf, making the process as smooth as possible.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Detailed instructions for the exchange process will be provided.

Shipping Information

We offer free shipping for the initial delivery to your location. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.

Additional Notes

1. For exchanges or returns due to defects, the restocking fee will be waived.
