Returns Policy

Damages:

At Feast & Furnish, we take pride in making sure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. But, we know that things can happen during delivery. That’s why we ask you to give the packaging a quick once-over when your item(s) arrive. If you spot any damage, please make a note when signing for delivery.
In the unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged, no worries! Simply snap a few photos and send them to returns@feastnfurnish.com. We’ll take it from there and handle the insurance claim on your behalf, making the process as smooth as possible.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

Changed your mind? We understand—plans (and styles!) can evolve. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours to avoid a small $20 administrative fee. After 48 hours, the fee will apply regardless of the shipping status.
If your order has already shipped, you’ll also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. We’ll make sure to refund the original amount to the same credit card you used during checkout.
