Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation:
At Feast & Furnish, we get just as excited about your order as you do! The moment you hit that "Place Order" button, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. This means we've got your order and have pre-authorized your card for the purchase—so you're one step closer to enjoying your new dining room piece.
Once we’ve received your order, we immediately reach out to our manufacturer to confirm stock availability. If an item happens to be on backorder or unavailable (rare, but it can happen!), don’t worry—we’ll void the pre-authorization and send you an email with the details. If your item is good to go and ready to ship (within 5 business days), we’ll process the payment and get your order moving!
Order Shipment:
Once your order is ready for takeoff and your card has been charged, it will ship within 5 business days. We’ll send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, so you can keep tabs on its journey straight to your door! Didn’t receive your tracking info within six days? No problem—just shoot us an email at orders@feastnfurnish.com and we’ll check on it for you.
