Feast & Furnish Warranty Policy

At Feast & Furnish, we are committed to providing high-quality dining furniture that meets your expectations. Our warranty policy ensures that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of receipt.

Coverage

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Feast & Furnish and covers defects in construction under normal use and conditions. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item.

Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by improper handling, misuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, stains, or indentations.
  • Damages resulting from exposure to weather, extreme atmospheric conditions, or sunlight (except for outdoor-rated items).
  • Use of improper cleaning agents, such as abrasives or detergents.
  • Alterations or modifications to the original product.
  • Floor samples, items sold "as-is," or clearance items.

  • Variations in craftsmanship or natural materials, which are inherent in handmade or natural products.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your item is covered under this warranty:

  1. Contact Feast & Furnish with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos of the product and any visible defects.
  3. We will review your claim and, if eligible, determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary.
